Is it possible to configure backup integration endpoint URL ?
API Integration URLs are configured in Application setting that differ based on a system's production level. In testing environment if a live API URL fails, is there a way to point to backup API url?

Application settings support using GRS - Global Resource Setting, which uses a Data page to return the end point URLs.
You can create a Data page where you can write your logic of returning the actual Integration URL / Backup URL using a Data transform.
syntax:
=D_DataPageName.EndpointURL
