Pega doesn’t automatically keep a detailed audit of changes made to delegated decision tables, especially when users import data. To track who made changes and what was changed, you can create a trigger on the Rule-DecisionTable class that runs when the table content is updated. This trigger can save the old and new versions of the table along with the username and timestamp into a custom audit log. If users are importing changes, you can customize the import process to capture and log those updates too. For stricter tracking, create a custom screen where users update the data through a flow, so you control and log every change. In high-compliance cases, you can even use a database trigger to log updates directly from the rule table. This gives you full visibility into changes made by business users
