TLS versions are not showing

Upon importing metadata URL in an Auth service, we encountered "Please try with a URL that returns valid SAML metadata" error. And checking on logs, it shows Error while setting TLS versions.

checking on the Connect rest, no TLS version is showing.

attached below shows no option can be seen on the dropdown
