Can we use Message stream for sending SMS in CDH application?

Yes, you can use Message Stream in CDH to help send SMS, but it works indirectly. A message stream is used to listen to real-time events like customer actions. When an event comes in, it can trigger a decision strategy that selects an SMS offer. The selected SMS action is then sent using an outbound channel like Twilio or another SMS provider. You need to make sure the SMS channel is set up correctly in CDH and the connector to the SMS service is working. So, the message stream doesn’t send the SMS by itself, but it helps trigger the right message to be sent based on customer behavior. This helps in sending personalized messages in real time

@Sairohith Currently message stream is having inbuilt email delivery service as per https://docs.pega.com/bundle/customer-decision-hub/page/customer-decision-hub/implement/message-stream.html. I would like to know if similar kind of feature will be available for SME delivery in future where we don't need to rely on third party provider.
