In App Studio, open “File Storage” and change the default storage to your S3 service for every attachment category (not just the “File” type). Then confirm your Dynamic System Settings (for example, pzAttachToFS) are enabled so that Pega always routes new uploads to external storage. Finally, restart your application so the new settings take effect and verify that images, documents, and other file types now land in S3 rather than the database
