Check if the pxRecent instances are being stored in the Data-Portal class and whether any custom logout logic is clearing these instances. Also, confirm if the Operator ID is saving preferences across sessions. This issue may also occur if the system cache is being cleared on logout or if the requestor-level data is not retained due to configuration settings. Ensure that no cleanup activity is running on logout that clears recents. You can also try testing with a different operator to see if it’s profile-specific.
