@DavidF86 PEGA sends different types of CAD notifications based on the product areas and your subscription preferences. If you are receiving some CADs (like CAD-C10244) but not others (like CAD-C11662), it’s possible that you are not subscribed to all the relevant categories. To fix this, log in to your Pega account, go to My Pega Profile > Notification Preferences, and ensure that you have selected all the categories you want to receive updates for especially those related to SRS. Also, check if your organization has any group-level subscriptions that might limit individual notifications. If everything seems fine and you're still missing alerts, contact Pega support to verify if there are any system-level delivery issues or email filtering problems.
