CAD-19701 Pega Robotics Security Advisory

Where can I find the sync server/sync engine upgrade instructions for this security advisory.  The advisory says

"Synchronization Server 3.1.22 and Synchronization Engine 3.1.30 have been tested and are approved to be used with 19.1 versions of Robot Runtime. They will be released in the next 19.1 version of Robot Runtime but can be used now by extracting them from the 22.1.8 release."

I downloaded 22.1.8 but I do not see any release notes or instructions for upgrading the sync server.
