Integration of UI Kit Application with New Application in PEGA Constellation

I am working on a new application and would like to integrate an application developed in UI Kit with a new application in PEGA Constellation. I have read about the capabilities of Constellation and the possibility of reusing existing applications in UI Kit. Given that the application in UI Kit is in a different class schema than the new classes that will be used in Constellation, and that the data generated in the UI Kit application must be read transparently by the new application to track the client onboarding process, I would like to know if anyone in the community has already done this type of integration and what their experiences were.
My specific questions are:
- What are the key steps to integrate a UI Kit application with a new application in Constellation?
- What challenges did you encounter during the integration process, especially with different class schemas?
- Are there any important limitations to consider to ensure transparent data reading between both applications?
- Any advice or best practices to ensure a smooth and effective transition?
- Is there any recent information from PEGA that ensures this is a reliable path, or would it be better to build the application from scratch?

I will validate the licensing issues for Pega Process Fabric Hub to see if it is useful for my requirement. My need, as I mentioned at the beginning, is to find someone who has faced these types of challenges. I have two scenarios:
Scenario 1
I am currently working with CLM-KYC from PEGA (in UI Kit) and, at a certain stage of the process, we need to create a sub-case to execute a specific process created in Constellation and finalize both the sub-case and the main case. The challenge is that this new sub-case (case type) must be developed in Constellation.
Scenario 2
Create a new application "A" in Constellation (using the Modular concept) and, from this, invoke the creation of a case in CLM-KYC from PEGA (in UI Kit), finalize the process, and return to application "A" using all the data recorded in the CLM-KYC case from PEGA (in UI Kit). I am not sure how to obtain the KYC data; I do not know if it is something transparent or if something additional needs to be done that could complicate the project.
