How to remove follow and unfollow star icon in the Pega
In the user portal, on the left side of the screen, we have the follow and unfollow star icon , how to customize its visibility, I tried Live UI, to see the section in which its embedded, its in CaseHeader section, but its in disabled state, how to customize its visibilty

You can Save As the respective rule into your rule set and the Make Visibility Condition When --> Never
Open the : pyPortalNavInner rule then click on the Following --> Change the Visibility Condition --> Never

Hi @Naveen Aluru,
As per my understanding, we can add a visibility condition for the follow and unfollow star icon.
Search for the pyRecentFollowedByUsers OOTB section, save it into your ruleset, and add a visibility condition set to "never."
