While setting up the CTI Link (Embedded UI) in Pega, the Status is showing as blank
Hi Team,
I am encountering an issue while setting up the CTI Link configuration in Pega Cloud (Version 23). The status field is showing blank.
Here are the details of my configuration:
- Link Type: EmbeddedUI
- Instance: AWS Connect
Could you please help me to identify if there are any missing configurations or additional steps required? I have attached an image for your reference.

@sharadavangimalla For the Embedded UI links, the Telephony control options will not be editable, which may be causing the blank status field. This is expected behavior for embedded third-party CTIs like Amazon Connect. Ensure that you have followed the necessary steps for configuration, including whitelisting the Pega server URL in Amazon Connect and verifying that the CTI link server URL is correct. If you have not done so, please check the documentation for any additional configuration steps that may be required.

If possible, could you kindly provide documentation detailing the additional configuration steps. The MyPegaPOC document we referenced lacks clear explanations, and the PEGA Call documentation for Pega Call '23 does not include comprehensive configuration instructions, making it challenging to proceed. We have been following the configuration steps provided in the link below.
