how to Convert .msg to PDF file
Hi we have a requirement where we need to convert .msg(email) to pdf. Is there any way of achieving this conversion in pega.

As listed in the below answered question, this requirement seems counter-intuitive to case processing as saving email as msg is almost the same as save it as pdf .
