Best practise for database replatform

Hi,

We're currently running our on premise PEGA platform (version 8.7.4) with IBM DB2 v11.5 LUW.
And planning to re-platform the dabase, considering choices are Oracle 19g and MS SQL 2022.

About the database re-platforming:
1. Are there any instructions for database re-platforming? It would be helpful if some documents can be provided.
2. What is the recommended database platform? Which one would PEGA recommend?
3. Is there a method to estimate the effort required for data and code migration?
4. Are there any other items that need attention?
