Look for pyMemo column in history table.

It will have memo like "ChangeStageAutomatic <From Stage> <To Stage>"

I'm not exactly sure about any OOTB report. Else you can try to create a report as a list on pyWorkPage.pxStageHistory and find the pxEnterStageTime and pxCompletedStageTime.
