You need to create a binary file Rule that stores the graphics file, such as an image, or other non-text file. The binary file Rule type provides the security, inheritance versioning, and deployment benefits of Rule resolution to a file. You can upload different resources, such as icons, fonts, and locales.
To create a binary file Rule, you can go to the header of Dev Studio, click Create > Technical > Binary File, and then fill in the necessary fields on the Rule form.
