Upload more than .jpg and .png via mobile
I am working with Pega 7.2.1 and using out of the box feature of attachment where user can upload file. For mobile (both ios and android) it uses Attach Content Control (pxAttachContent), but look like this control only allow user to upload image file of type .jpg and .png via mobile.
From desktop user upload all kind of file like .txt, .pdf. This is inconsistent behavior between mobile and desktop.
How to solve it?

My query is different the link you have provided. my query is why we can not upload all type of file from mobile lets say PDF.
Behavior is inconsistance between mobile and desktop.

Hello. Is this iOS or Android? Is this regular browser or Hybrid Container?
I tried this from Hybrid Container on Android and it worked fine for a PDF using the "Documents (ANY FILE)" option:

Hi, Issue is present in both IOS and Android. I am using safari or chrome browser in mobile or tablet. Below screen print will help you to understand it better.
you can see only image file is highlighted, so that it can be attached. you can not select the PDF and any other type of file.
As per support team this has been working as per design from pxAttachContent you can upload only image file , they have opened a enhancement request.
For me its a big inconsistence in behavior between mobile and desktop. Hope its take the priority.

Web container would be browser where the issue is present and feedback item is already entered in the system. The control works fine in Hybrid container.

Has this problem resolved. I am having same issue and unable to upload documents other than image from tab.
