History and attachment
HI team, We have one requirement for OOTB "History And Attachment" local action where it attach automatically from the app via an API.
when we open this screen we can see download button but in our requirement we have to hide that download button for manager. Please help on this how to achieve this.

We can write visibility condition with access group on the download button.

Hi Mamtha, Thanks for replay. Now I want to see the attachment without downloading it. But when I am clicking on that link (blue letters note) it's not opening. Could you please help me on this.

When we click on a link to see a file that is in PDF or PNG format, it should immediately prompt us to save if the file is in Word or XLSX format. This is the OOTB action. Please refer to the "DisplayAttachFile(class: Work-)" activity if you require further information.

when I am trying to open word document after attaching document manually it's downloading from browser, but I don't want to download it from browser how to achieve it, please let me if you know how we can achieve this.

If you want to restrict each specific option in the menu separately you can go with below approach:
You can add privilege based visibility to each specific menu option in Navigation rule "pyCaseRelatedContentOptions" belonging to "Link-Attachment" class.
