Owning Ruleset Option in DSS

Hi,

While creating DSS,it's asking owning ruleset. Does it really have any impact? What is the use of that?

Suppose in a scenario you are invoking the DSS value from an activity/data transform, you have to use the owning ruleset as a param to retrieve the DSS value from functions like getRuleSystemSettings. Here the activity/data transform should be specialized in application ruleset to update the function param value for owningRuleSet since the system setting is specialized in your application ruleset.
