How can I extract DSS settings for a particular 'Owning Ruleset' .

I do not want to mark the 'Include associated Rulesets' box on the export Product panel. This will cause to many unintended rulesets to be moved.

or

Is there a sql statement that I can run directly at the database to list them?

Hi,

You can write report definition on Data-Admin-System-Settings class and you can list down the list where pyRuleseName is XYZ or you can also query on pr_data_admin table.
