Hi, I found out that PEGA exception handling does not work as expected if there is a JAVA exception like "Index Out of Bound" on the pre-condition of an activity step.

I have WHEN condition defined on the pre-condition of an activity step and step method is just a normal Property-Set on a parameter.On the jump condition I have handling exception using both StepStatusFail and hasMessages but at runtime I noticed these two OOTB when rules are not even called when there is a exception in the pre-condition of the step.
