Can we get Bot processing Estimated Time in Pega Robotics?
We have integrated Pega Robot Process into Pega Application where case will be created and we want to show Estimated Time for Bot to Process in the screen. So is there any way that i can get that estimated time?

Hi Thomas,
Yes , It would be a great feature if we able to find out how many cases is in the queue when the case is submitted and based on this we can estimate the time. I think this should be implemented tin pega application platform side.
This is really needed feature as in our case user has to wait till bot process the data, and he doesn't know how much time it will take, he has to keep on refreshing every 2-3 mins.

Could you help me to understand your setup (attended vs unattended) and use case?
If I'm interpreting things correctly, you seem to have a case type with a robotic assignment and using unattended robots to process that assignment while the human user keeps waiting for this assignment to be processed? Is this correct?, is this why you want to understand the estimated time?

Hi Angel,
Yes its correct, Its a unattended automation. User once submits the form bot process will get triggered and once bot process is complete user will go on to fill the remaining fields of the second form.
@ShreeHarshaN16839089While it is possible to enable data collection from your bots, we don't really have a current way to provide an estimate of how long it might take for a work item to be processed by a bot. This would be a great feature to add though.
