How to get access to write instances of Data-Preference-Operator to launch a guided tour?

I would like to launch a guided tour, but I always get this error message, saying in order to launch a guided tour, I need access to write instances of Data-Preference-Operator or the tour will not start (Screenshot is attached).Error message

How do I get access to that?

Guided tours require access to write to the instances of "Data-Preference-Operator", You can ensure that this is available for a user by creating appropriate Access Roles/ ARO/ Privileges to that class and adding the same to the Users you are targetting to launch the Guided tour.
