Sorry, the Guided tour is not available in Constellation OOTB as of now.

Guided tours can be implemented through the DX component.Please follow this link to create DX components,

In pega cosmos we have tour guide rule for implementing similar behavior, Do we have something similar in pega constellation other than going for custom component.
