Create case conditionally on click of button
Hi Team,
Trying to create a case on click of button conditionally.
On click of button, Add refresh the current section, inside that call the activity to set the flag either true or false conditionally
Next call the Create Work action and give the precondtion like flag= true. So if flag is true case should create, else case should not create.
Flag is getting set true or false but crate work is not working.
Kindly let me know if any work around.

@hussinbashak Can you try adding that flag using hidden control on the UI where the button is present.

@BhanuPrakash_G Yes tried still not working. we are calling the run script to create the case by giving the condition. So here run script is not getting called eventhough flag is true.

@hussinbashak Make use of Other Property on the action condition instead of when rule.
