@arunr16628962 The 'Build app' button may be greyed out in the Pega Mobile interface if the build server settings are not properly configured or if the required Mobile Build Service account credentials are missing.
To resolve this issue, ensure that you have the correct Mobile Build Service account credentials and that they are properly configured in your Pega Platform instance.
If you don't have the credentials, ask your Pega client representative to submit a ticket in My Support Portal and request these credentials for you.
