How to extract the Work Object ID from Subject Line of mail fetched by email listener and attach the .eml file to WO

I have a requirement where its needed to fetch the .eml file from the email listener read inbound mail and attach the mail file to the Work Object (WO ID fetched from Subject line of the Mail Subject). 

I have taken the below action in mail listener rule:

Please guide on how to get the attachment from pyAttachmentPage (page created as part of EmailListener processing) and link it to work object.
