Unable to connect to Kafka using kerberos authentication

Hi All,

How to connect from Pega cloud to external Kafka using kerberos authentication. Kafka instance was updated to use Kerberos authentication, connectivity is failing with “Unable to locate KDC for realm” error.

@THILANPEIRIS I believe  but Pega Cloud does not support connecting to external Kafka using Kerberos authentication.

You may need to consider using a different authentication method, such as SSL or SASL with a username and password.
