@Pankajk7182  , you need to change the Service Package authentication method to custom and select the authentication service implementation activity for Kerberos. You'll also need to configure the container to handle the Kerberos authentication and challenge the browser request for the Kerberos ticket.

It will be something similar to what it is described here https://docs.pega.com/pega-robot-manager/872/authenticating-pega-robot-manager-users-through-kerberos. In your case you may not want to use SPNEGO if the container already supports Kerberos authentication.
