Kerberos Authentication

I have some questions regarding kerberos authentication,

1. Does kerberos authentication support on Microsoft OS?.

2. Is there a way to configure Kerberos + LDAP on Windows and is there any document or link that I can get or I can learn?. Thanks, Rizky
