External system access with rest service while user submit request.
Hi,
Whenever user submit the request in external system/Application, immediately bot should be trigger. there is no link between this two. how we can interact each other, either use rest service or any alternate options.

@Sarveswara Reddy I don't believe I understand your question. Pega Robotic Automation can trigger off of events from the applications you are integrating with. It is also capable of consuming web services to retrieve data from applications that may have an API exposed, however that isn't technically Robotic Process Automation at that point. Is your question how you would invoke a Robotics Automation from an API call in one of your existing applications?

Will it possible to host service on from Bot side, need more awareness on this, so will it possible to read External app using POST method from BOT.

@Sarveswara Reddy To communicate to a bot directly isn't something that is available out of the box. You can communicate to your robotic workforce through Pega Robot Manager to invoke automations that the bots need to perform. It won't be a back and forth with a specific bot, however.
This sounds like it might be a use case we could handle within the Pega platform as opposed to using Robotic Process Automation.
