Duplicate IH entry

Hi,

We are on CDH8.7. Facing a very strange problem where for impression we are getting duplicate entries.

We started analyzing and saw in the captureinteraction strategy this duplication is happening.

it is OOTB and we didn't touch anything on this.

Any clue?
