Difference between flow action and section

Can someone tell me the difference between flow action and section

Hi @GEMBALIS6582, 

Flow action is like where you will invoke the section. 

In flow action we will be able to call the data transforms, validation rules. 

Section is like UI in which & how the user wants to view the data.
