How achieve the below requirement like inserting add and delete button. im attaching a image for reference.

@ArulDevan Bro its page i think what i need here is if we click on add patient a new form need to be added and if we dont need that we need to delete that. in the screenshot we can see both buttons. how to do that in pega 8.7.

@VenkatRohitM Create a patient Section in the data class of the patient and then create a Section where drop Repeating dynamic layout and add this section. You can use either datapage of type list or property list as source.
Then we the button you can append to the list or datapage (ADD) and on delete you can delete. Check any old UI course its explained there.
Hi @VenkatRohitM: Is your Details of Patient is a page list? If so you can append a new page in the page list and can load the section based on the list context.
If this is not the scenario, can you share some additional details regarding your configuration without confidential data? This will help us to suggest better.
