How to achieve the below specifications ?
  • ...............
  • Once the event is approved, students can book any of the centralized auditorium available in the University campus and communicate to the respective event participants.
  • If the auditorium is booked, it should be shown as not available to any other student who tries book the same.

You can make use of visible when condition here(something like this), instead of listing all the auditoriums, list only available.
