How to Integrate with Pega to retrieve member's certifications?

Hi All,

I'd like to integrate with Pega so that I am able to receive all certifications, tests and versions for current employees. 

I found this website that returns pega certs by giving an email address as the input. Verify Certification | Pega Academy 

How can I integrate with it? what is the appropriate url, header, client id, secret?
