I could see the same error (Access-denied) when trying to access the link (https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-decision-hub-8x-update-guide/87/pega-customer-decision-hub-or-pega-marketing-8x-pega-customer-decision-hub-87-update-guide). B
But I could see the below links are accessible. This says the upgrade steps from 8.1-8.3 to 8.7 for the pega cloud environments.
If you are looking for the client cloud, raise the SR to Pega requesting the upgrade documentation for the same.

We have already raised the SR-119054 for the same issue but they are not helping and have closed the SR redirecting to ask in community.

Try to reach out to your Pega Client Success Manager (CSM) for your project account on requesting this documentation. I think you will definitely get help from them.

@P.Siva.Praveen We do not have any specific project. We built Pega environment for Accenture internal used only and Raised the SR from Accenture internal account. How we will get the upgrade guide?

I can help you with the 86 CDH upgrade documentation (https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-decision-hub-8x-update-guide/86/pega-customer-decision-hub-or-pega-marketing-8x-pega-customer-decision-hub-86-update-guide). This is for the client cloud and on-prem environments. For 87, you need to check with either Pega support or your project team as it might require extra privileges.

@P.Siva.Praveen We are not sure why Pega 8.7 upgrade guide is restricted (secret ) and not open to all. For now we have only option to upgrade Pega platform to 8.7 by following the steps in Pega 8.6 guide.

In the meantime, please follow the Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.4 and newer to 8.7 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud Services Environments and Pega Customer Decision Hub Installation Guide documentation which is visible to all.
