Investigate decision result
Hi,
We are using Pega 8.7 and we have a basic requirement which I can't find in OOTB.
Requirement:
We have offers, Engagement policy and arbitration configured and using that we are getting a list of best offers. But from business point view i want to know after decision strategy is executed why Offer A got selected and where Offer B got supressed for a given customer.
Is there a OOTB feature available to check the above requirement for a given customer considering all offers

@victor - In 8.7 we have introduced a feature called "customer profile viewer", which tells why a specific next-best-action recommendation is being made or NOT. look at - Customer Profile Viewer enhancements | Pega

I went through CPV but that is not what I am looking.
I wanted to see where offer B got filtered i.e which specific e rule or wheather arbitration stage.

@victor- In CPV, we have provided OOTB view " explain filtering by feature", which tells why specific offer got filtered.

@HarishReddyKantaReddy But still it is not showing which specific Eligibility rule offer is getting Filtered out.
For example if Offer A is having 4 Engagement Rule, is there a way to know in which rule it is getting filtered out?

@victor- CPV does not tell if offer gets filtered at engagement level. In 8.7 CPV tells why offer get filtered in NBAstrategyFramework level.
In next release will add enhancement to CPV to show engagement level filtering also.
