Can we show a Modal window on load of a section
Can we launch a modal popup automatically on a screen load based on a when condition.
Lets say user launches a section, on load of the section if user is not eligible to view the section intended then should see a pop up/modal window indicating the the details about his ineligibility to view the section with back button.

You can do this by following the approach based on adding a hiddenbutton CSS class mentioned in below link. We have implemented similar requirements before and it will work.

In your case we have to show the Modal window conditionally. For that you can add a visible condition for the section mentioned in step #3. Please make sure to uncheck "Run visibility condition on client".
