Logic in When condition is not visible

Hello,

 

I am not able to see the logic in some of the when rules, hereby the screenshot. I tried to recreate it by looking into the XML of the rule but have doubts in the accuracy. Is there any approach to fix this automatcially. I have this issue in Pega 7 and Pega 8 (upgraded from Pega7) for some of the when rules.
