Data Class Indexing for ElasticSearch
Hi Team,
Currently I am using elastic search for one of the data class of class type concrete. I have noticed that when we made any changes or add new record to this data class, the records are not being indexed and we would have to manually re-index the class.
I have referred to this post : https://collaborate.pega.com/question/elastic-search-data-class-not-indexing-new-records however, when I tried the solution provided to add "RuleForm" to rule form , my edit flow stopped running without any error.
Is there any other way I can enable auto re-indexing of data class?

@JiaO0241 I could only find this in the documentation about Rebuilding search indexes
How are you making changes to the data class, causing the system not recognize these? Were any changes made to the indexing/distributed/queue/maxrecords dynamic system setting causing performance lags?
Did these changes used to be picked up? Note that the system cannot identify conflicts when you make changes in the Custom Search Properties rule form (info here).

It may be worth going through the log files to make sure no errors are causing the issue.

The records are added in / updated via an Activity. There are no additional changes made to the DSS other than enabling the following to true :
- indexing/distributed/enabled
- indexing/distributed/index_enabled
- indexing/distributed/search_enabled
- indexing/useDataInstances
There is no error in the log and there is no conflicts also. The index are all in Available status.
The data- class data had always require manual indexing for new records to be found or updated but its working fine for Work- class data.
Based on this documentation , it did states that the data- class requires a specified ruleform for indexing but I am not sure how I should go about making this change.
