Agile Workbench Not able to Assign Owner
In Agile Workbench Owner field, I not able to select my find certain users. Could you please advise where can I maintain?

For visibility, below the analysis and final solution for this issue:
Problem description :
In Agile Workbench Owner field, I not able to select my find certain users. Analysis:
D_pzOperatorsByApplication data page is not filtering the results from pzOperatorsByApplication hence the operator id is not shown where as the RD pzOperatorsByApplication retrieved the operator details
Analysis: As environment has more number of operatorIds in the application, suggested him to increase row count in the respective RD
Solution;
User was requested to increase row count in the pzOperatorsByApplication Report Definition.

The operators is created automatically from API from our DB.
Yes it is created from the beginning.
Yes, I read the guide and documentation but it did not state the reason why owner list are missing with certain users.

Please check the application of the user you wish to select in the user autocomplete and see if it matches the current logged in user who is using agile workbench.

So what does the autocomplete show? It shows 0 users or it shows some users while some are missing. How many users you have in application?
Here is the logic
1. Get all operators whose default access group's application is same as logged in user's application (application version shall also match). Is this matching?
2. Operator is not robot

@YeenChiaC8689 I see that you originally raised this as a ticket 'For Something I need' which raised a ticket of type Service Request (SR-112838).
The ticket was routed to a Pega staff who was not able to help you with your Product question and they had asked you to create an INC request by going to msp.pega.com >> New Request >> For an Issue I am having.
