Symbolic dates
I want to filter data in Report Definition by previous quarter of datetime parameter.
Is it possible to use symbolic dates by relative value of date?

You can send the symbolics as a parameter to the RD. but you cannot add specific symbolic dates. You can only use the OOTB ones. We have an enhancement request - FDBK-15131 - to provide support for user defined symbolics

Yes, ive already read all of these topics.
I find that these symbolic days "are relative to the current date".
But i need to take some date in the past and filter rows in RD by "previous week of my date in the past" (as example). And im wondered, if i can use symbolic dates

Indeed as documented "All dates are computed relative to the current day in the time zone of the user" (https://docs-previous.pega.com/user-experience/84/evaluation-symbolic-dates)
I will leave this post open in order to have our UI/ Reporting SME comment whether the enhancement request is still in the pipeline for the functionality you are after.

For report definitions you can create two filter conditions
- .pxCreateDateTime >= Param.startDate
- .pxCreateDateTime <= Param.endDate
Where startDate and endDate are parameters on the report which are set based on the date range you need.
