Unable to find Course mentioned in the article.
Hi ,
We are Implementing a Custer service for financial service for one of the client. As I am going through the implementation guide. one of the prerequiste is mentioned to go through the course.
- Basic functionality of the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services and Pega Collections. Enroll in the Introduction to Customer service for Financial services and Introduction to Collections course on the Pega Academy.
I tired to search in academy but could not find those. Would you please help me in finding those?

@Bogak1 Hi Kiran, it seems the implementation guide is a bit out-of-date, sorry. Those courses are no longer available.
