@RajalakshmiP I don't have any experience with Tableau, so I cannot give you any suggested things to try without getting hands-on with it. I would suggest creating a support case so that someone could get hands-on with your application to see if there may be things can be done.

One thing you can do beforehand is to try to get any information you can on the underlying technology. Is this application a Windows-based app (an exe) or is it a web application. If it is an exe, was it built using a specific framework (you might be able to get information about it by using Spy++ and Process Explorer). If it is a web application, you might look into the page source to see if it is using any specific JS frameworks or a specific browser plugin. That information would be what I would look for to determine how the application might be interrogated or worked with.
