we are getting the alert PEGA0117 (long running queue processor activity)"Queue processor pyFTSIncrementalIndexer ran activity pzFTSIncrementalIndexerUsingQP for longer than the configured threshold" in PDC. Since it is an OOTB component, we do not want to change the threshold or optimize the activity. Is there another way to fix these alerts?

Hi Dhanush,
Are you using a standard QP or dedicated QP for this activity?
Also, an activity's execution time depends on what the activity is using. Can you check the activity's performance using the Tracer or performance analyzer tool to check which operation is taking the longest?

Hi Dhanush,
Also, PEGA0117 alert is enabled by default. If you want to disable it, then set the following DSS:
Owning ruleset: Pega-Engine
Setting purpose: alerts/queueprocessor/longrunning/activity/enabled
Value: false

I am also getting this alerts. I don't want to change the threshold. Is there any way to fix this issue
