Unable to get drop down on delegated data table on 8.5

Hi All,  Unable to get the dropdown on delegated data table in V 8.5.3.  Data Table columns is sourced with a data page, but unable to see it as dropdown on UI. This works fine when Data Table column has static picklist values. 

Please advice. Thanks.
