@KiranC36 I'm not sure what you are looking for here. The Chatbot would be deployed on the client's end user facing website. Often times, it's only deployed in the secured location of the site, i.e behind a login screen. There's no way to detect whether or not the person clicking on the chatbot is real or just trying to spam. One option you could have is to require authentication before allowing the user to escalate to an agent. Otherwise, the user would just be talking to a Chatbot, which does not care if it's being spammed.
