RDB-Save Fail issue

Hi Everyone, 

We have application in production and it is running for the last 4 months without any issues. In the current application, we have used RDB-Save method to save data in Oracle systems. 

For one of the transaction we are getting message are "RDB-Save fail" and routed to 'FlowProblems".

What is the reason for this issue and how to get this issue resolved?

Hello,

what's the error raised from Oracle?

it can be purely data issue with for example unique constraint violation.

Have you tried to reproduce the same case in test env?

Without details on error, it will be tricky to identify the issue
