Failed to find a 'RULE-DECISION-DDF' with the name 'DF_PROCESSOFFER' that applies to 'PegaMKT-Data-Customer'.
Hi Guys,
I am getting the below error when running an activity which is calling handlemktevents(real time)but getting the below error:
Failed to find a 'RULE-DECISION-DDF' with the name 'DF_PROCESSOFFER' that applies to 'PegaMKT-Data-Customer'. There were 4 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 4 rules named 'DF_PROCESSOFFER' defined in the rulebase are: 3 related to applies-to class 'PegaMKT-Data-Customer', but were defined in rulesets which are not in your rulesetlist: {PegaMKT-Engine:07-22-01, PegaMKT-Engine:07-31-01, PegaMKT-Engine:07-31-02}. 1 unrelated to applies-to class 'PegaMKT-Data-Customer', for example: 'Data-Decision-Request'.
Could you help me to understand what configuration I might be missing?

That looks like a runtime issue when system isn't able to identify the right rule for a given class. But the error above is mentioning the expected rule from a different Ruleset list.
So it might be the user/agent running the action not having the correct AccessGroup. Do you have that will all users?
