Users are not properly logging off the session and it causes performance issue like increasing heap memory

Hi All,

 

Kind request to suggest on the below 

Users are not properly logging off the session and and trying to access the idle session/timeout sessions, it causes performance issue like increasing heap memory.

Thanks for your response!

Currently users are opening Pega in multiple browser sessions, they just close the browser instead off properly logging off the Pega application.

We advised users to properly log off but still its not followed considering the amount of users we have.

Is there any way to avoid this performance issue?
